I'm so happy the Hermantown clinic has opened the Urgent Care. It is so much closer than having to go down town and our only option was St. Lukes Urgent Care, which was fine, but not connected the Essentia so it wasn't all that easy for example, having to be transferred to St. Mary's ER or hospital. The doctor's, nurses, clinical assistants and employee's at Hermantown has always been good to their patients. Yes, there may have been times someone has had a bad day and weren't smiling but all in all.. It is a blessing to have.
I like this place for the most part except for the woman who is now assigned to do allergy Shots she is horrible at it I had a brusie for 4 weeks ( Picture to prove it ) I loved the gal that started them she did an amazing job at it but isn't allowed to do them anymore and that sucks for me
