Stunning place! Modern, new, trendy, fancy. Love this place! Great staff, super friendly. Very tentative when we called the front desk for hygiene items. Delicious breakfast too! Military discount as well. In my opinion this is the best deal in the area!
The rooms are nice and spacious. The bedding is clean, but lighter than you'd expect, as the comforter is quite thin.
This hotel is new, modern and we'll kept. The staff is generally kind and very efficient. The prices seemed a bit high but not exorbitant. The work room is simple but effective. The pool is really small for adults but fine for small children.
The only negatives for us we're the 8am-10pm pool hours, and the pricing on the weekends is pretty high , but it's in line with the Duluth area, which for some reason has high prices on hotels.
For pushing $200 a night, I expected better. The suite was very small, not any bigger than every other average hotel room. The pool was super tiny. No vending machines, or any sort of room service. I am probably used to better. But almost $200 a night after taxes and fees during off season is too much.
Great Location, clean modern rooms. Wonderful staff. Plenty of parking. The blackout shades are wonderful for keeping light put and letting you sleep in.
The staff is quick to help at any request.
Great new HIE, only about 18 months old, newer open layout...ample parking...typical HIE Breakfast...very pleasant & helpful staff...both rooms & public areas very clean & well maintained...workout room...swimming pool & spa...meeting room available...convient to Miller Hill Mall & all business along East Central Entrance...I'll stay there again.
