I took my brother there after the Saturday night gathering of Hermantown alumni was almost over. We both enjoyed our drinks and the food was served within a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress was very friendly and did a good job making sure we had everything we needed.
Food was tasty. Place is clean. Waitres was very nice and polite.
Good music. Just don't bring all ordered food at once. When hot tea is ordered bring small plate for tea bag. Tea spoon

Mc Kenzies is a great restaurant/bar with amazing food and a laid back atmosphere. In a way its unknown gem tucked in a strip mall on the outskirts of town. The egg rolls with bourbon sauce were nothing special but the sauce is what made them so great. We split the famous Mac melt which you could tell was fresh and the meat was great. I would recommend this to any one looking for something local and amazing.
Great location with a decent happy hour and good friendly service and food.
