I see one review that says we are not willing to help if you haven't bought products at our store, and to a certain extent that is true. If you just came from one of our competitors down the road and make comparisons between stores directly in front of us, that does not help our (my) demeanor. However if you shop at multiple locations and don't make a deal of it, there really isn't anything to make a deal about. Chances are good if you're shopping at this store you're not trying to squeeze every penny out of your aquarium, but rather appreciate the help and advice that is offered.
Chances are good if you dealt with someone who told you a specific fish wouldn't work in a tank because it will outgrow the tank or wouldn't mix well with other selected or current fish, that could very well be me. We are not afraid to tell you if we THINK something will or will not work, that is because everyone who works here has kept fish for years upon years. Just because we say something will not work does not necessarily mean there is no chance of it working, but at the end of the day we tend to put the health of the fish over making a sale.

Friendly people, with things you don't find anywhere else. They have everythi g you need to build and upkeep an aquarium. Also a cool little reptile shop in the basement on the weekends!
Overall a great store and a great place to work for. Couldn't ask for a better store owner and coworkers!

Lots of the time our reptiles are not in perfect condition, I'll give you that one. Especially water, there are definitely days that I have not had time to clean and water all reptiles. The vast majority of the time, our reptiles are very healthy and accustomed to having regular human interaction.
