Always on time. So convenient and the drivers are all wonderful. If you have a delay or your plans change they are very accommodating. Staff is great. Nice new offices, too!
The shuttle was great. I was picked up on time in a warm van. Great driver too. Then dropped off in Hinkley. It avoided me from requesting family to pick me up. Same for the reverse. I will definitely do this again.
But, overal, a great service I have recommended to many people!
I have been using skyline shuttle for about 7 or 8 years now to help me get to northern Wisconsin. Every bit of this company has only improved, from customer service to their fleets and facilities. Their seats are miles more comfortable than an airplane's, and have far more legroom as well. Every single member of the staff I have interacted with have been helpful and understanding. Last night I returned home from a trip and my little diesel bug couldn't start in the -8 degree weather, so their staff helped me push it to a place where I could plug the block heater in and let me hang out in the waiting area for three hours just waiting for it to warm up. They also jumped it with their personal vehicles, and then when it took longer than we expected swapped to one of their vans that could just run and run and we got the job done. The drivers are always safe and professional. I would highly recommend this service and will continue to keep using it for years to come.
Love this service! It's timely, dependable, and affordable. The drivers are nice and helpful, sometimes a bit "over-the-top" entertaining when tired from traveling. Some of the vans could use some comfort-upgrading though. On a full bus, after a long day of traveling, you do not want to end up sitting in the back, or in the middle cramped between two other passengers.
