Very unknowledgeable staff knowledge consist of RC cars and planes nothing more stock is very limited pricing for a smaller items is outrageous they only carry one type of RC battery Venom if you're looking for motors for your plane you're have a very limited selection here
This store is an absolute joke. I bought an r/c monster truck and it broke the same day on my driveway. It was covered by Horizon's 30 day warranty. TEN days later I'm being told they're still waiting for parts. I could have gotten the parts in two days on my own. Their selection is meager, old, and overpriced. The ONLY leg up they would have on online stores is service and expertise, but I'm getting neither. Go online, save money, and fix your toys yourself! I've been to great hobby shops. This is not one of them!
