I stopped in to start the process of picking out new furniture for our churches fireside room. I was greeted by Virginia (Hermantown store) and she was ready to help. She recommended leather since this is a fairly public area and we were able to narrow things down to 3 great options within 20 minutes. My biggest point of appreciation was her patience with my kids who were with me. She got them involved and we all had a lot of fun. She understood the stresses of shopping with young children and was beyond accommodating. HOM is lucky to have her on their sales staff. No need to shop anywhere else. Thanks Virginia!
We purchased furniture for our non profit organization. The salesperson was helpful, understanding, and thorough. She showed us the things we were interested in and did not waste our time but made sure we were aware of all that was available. The delivery team was efficient and kind. A great experience.
The first day we walked in and shopped for awhile without being helped. We loved a couch but slept on it. We went in the next day and was literally chased down by Genni Broman and she rocked our experience. She was super friendly and willing to answer any of our questions. She looked into a bunch of couches that were more options for us. Genni Broman made the experience amazing and I would recommend to see her if your interested in anything. Because of her, we bought a sectional couch and left extremely happy with our experience and the help she had to offer.
Ask for Bonnie Germann, she is incredibly helpful, never pushy, doesn't smoother, or annoy. She makes shopping in their showroom very comfortable. She will answer all your questions, measure furniture pieces for you and leave you to shop on your own. The best showroom in town, the best selection in town, and the very best Sales Rep there!
