I've enjoyed this gym for over three years. The staff/trainers are very friendly and helpful, the facility is kept clean, and it has the equipment to fit my exercise needs. There are also 3 private shower rooms and three private bathrooms. Convenient, clean, and welcoming.
Best gym was fitness 19 they had 2 of everything
Always crowded and management is horrible. If you are a powerlifter or doing crossfit look for another gym. Racks are always in use and the there is zero gym etiquette.
It's okay for the kind of gym it is
As a newly retired person I needed to find an outlet for my energy and to fill some time. I joined in January of 2017 and have not been disappointed ever! Most seniors get free membership and the monthly Silver Sneakers/Silver and Fit drawing that recognizes us and rewards attendance is a great benefit I'm addition to the health benefits. I find the staff and members very friendly.
Friendly staff, recently updated machines, but a smaller space. Gets pretty crowded from 4-6.
