The gym itself is fine for the most part. Rarely have an issue finding open equipment but the staff are rather apathetic about their customers.
Gym is fine. New front desk guy needs a class on customer service. If you have to say "I am pretty much a manager", that means you are not a manager. Keep my money. There are other gyms with employees that actual perform customer service. They will now get my money. Their website still states they offer towel service. This is not true.
I've been to a few gym an alway waited to use equipment and here everyone gives good advice and helps you out great place

I just joined and I am so very excited to reach my fitness goals!!! :) I was given a wonderful tour of the facility and was amazed by all the equipment. I like that there are different areas to go work out. I just moved to Duluth and am glad that I know the next 12 months will be spent here at Peak Fitness! #settingGoals
