I was referred to Auto Care Collision, by a friend. They made the whole process of being in an accident and needing repair, an easy process, during a stressful time.
Started out like it was going to be a great experience. Office gal and mechanics were great. But I dealt with Brandon...started out great but became ulgy at the end. Had the work done. Brandon told me he needed to have my truck for a few days so they could take it apart so when the insurance rep came they could check out all the damage and underneath. Only to get it back with a crooked bumper. Brought it back and the mechanic said the bracket was bent/broke...which should have been caught if it was taken apart. Right? When I question why it wasn't caught Brandon said he was going to walk away from me because I was being rude and raising my voice. Which I was not. He just couldn't answer why it wasn't done right. He became so rude and said the bumper wasn't crooked a second time. Wasn't willing to listen to the customer and I became frustrated and he continued to be arrogant . He proceeded to tell me that the plastic molding could be the cause. It really should have beer fixed a third time but I couldn't handle his behavior I just got in my Truck and gave him a finger gesture in my mirror as I drove off. I have NEVER EVER done that in my life to ANYONE EVER.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN AND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WON'T EITHER. Brandon shouldn't work with customers. Never met such a rude person. It's sad that the good people that do work there suffer the consequences for his actions!!!!
