This is the only place that I will go to purchase a vehicle. The owners of Duluth Motor Company and the owners of SVS (the service center) are trust worthy, go out of their way to help and are not pushy at all. They check out the cars from top to bottom prior to putting the cars on the lot.
These are the good guys! :)
TOP NOTCH AND TRUSTWORTHY.
Drove a long ways for a car that I was told was in "perfect" shape. The car had bad rust on it. I would be extremely skeptical of what they tell you about the vehicles they are selling.
Ask a question here and you know you will get a honest answer.
READ THIS, I'm not sure how there are so many good reviews on this place but, I've tried to buy a vehicle from them twice with cash in hand. The first time was a couple months ago with a Audi S4. The sales person copied my ID and gave me a key. I drove to the Holiday on Arrowhead/Rice Lake road to turn around and the car died. So, I tried calling twice, no one picked up, no one even called me back. luckily, a random guy had stopped and somehow made the car start. I drove the car back and explained what happened. I simply received a simple "Oh, we sorry about that." I understand things happen and went along with my day. Now, fast forward a couple months ahead. They advertise a restored 92 Honda Prelude which the car indeed was very clean for its age. so I Text the number in the add to verify the car was still there and to ask if they had any movement on price. The same salesman verified both. Again, I go in to test drive the Vehicle and after they make a copy of my ID they walk over to the car with me and it does not start. The salesman said it was a Consignment and knew nothing about it besides it ran perfect the day prior. I asked if he would please try and find out what was wrong because I was very interested in the car still if it ran. I then asked to see about another vehicle in their lot while i was waiting. He made his way inside but, never made it back to me so i went to find him, talking to a customer at the rose mans shop next door. He was personaly interest in buying the mans BMW for his own personal collection. He handed me the key after his conversation ended with the BMW guy and went back inside. So, I walked over with this key to the other car and decided i did not like it. As i went back inside I found the salesman talking to another worker. I asked if he had any info about the Prelude. He had nothing but, i have to call the shop owner to get the customers number. So again, I left. I called in two days later (three days ago) and he says his shop is busy and does not have time to look at the car. We agreed he would call me on Friday (Today) to give me some kind of answer and he never did. I tried calling around 3:00pm and i received no answer. I received very poor service and found that I should share my experience. The sales man seemed very careless if he made a sale or not throughout both buying experience's and I would not recommend buying a vehicle here.
Fair, honest and have always been respectful plus very easy to work with.
These guys are very kind and super helpful both professionally and mechanically!
