Our sales person, Neil, is a wealth of knowledge and so pleasant to deal with which made for a very quick and painless buying experience, he even came in on his day off as that was the only day we could make it to Duluth. Absolutely wonderful experience! I HATE the whole car buying dance... Neil and Brian made it so easy! Being I live 100 miles away, I had to do most of on the phone. They were very patient with all my mind changing and were able to find me exactly what I want at just what I can afford. First time I didn't drive away with a car feeling buyers remorse... thanks guys! The prius is wonderful!
My salesman, Don, was great. He worked with me to get the best offer that Kolar Toyota could give. Also made an appointment with me to come back during daylight to show me how all the apps worked and when he could be available arranged for another agent to do that with me. So far I'm very happy with my purchase and the service that was given by everyone involved.
My wife has been trying to cancel an extended warranty for two weeks, they keep giving her the run around. The first lady she contacted never returned her calls after she called three times in a week, the next said she would handle it and call back that was last week tried calling today she is out of the office. Terrible response on a time sensitive mater.
