Durbin Keeney the sales associate went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted, the entire staff was courteous and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone and would check with them in the future for a new vehicle again
First off who doesn't want a VW in the driveway? Great no pressure sales team, great dealer insensitive on new cars, and great German engineering. Go talk to my man Durban, he will find you that ride you've always wanted, be it new or used. Volkswagen, it's a way of life.

Very unprofessional - sloppy - very unhappy with this dealer. The salesman called me and arranged a day for me to pick up my new car. He said he would show me some features on the car when I picked it up. When I arrived at the dealer they told me he was not there that day. Nobody else seemed to know that I was expected or what was going on. A new salesman tried to help me - got the car out and drove it around the front for me and gave me the key. I told him I should get 2 keys with a new car. He found a key in the glove box, but it was not for that car. He then went running thru the lot, clicking the key to see if it was for any of the other cars. Finally he came back and said he found it laying on the floor. When we started home after I got the car over 60 mph, there was a major shimmy/vibration - like the wheel was going to fall off. I drove the car back and asked for my old car to drive home. He took me over to the service department and they said they were very busy, but if I wanted to wait a few hours, they might have time to look at it. Again, I told them to get my old car - that I still owned the car and I would drive it home. They said they would call me when the car had been repaired. That was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing from any of them. I feel very disrespected as a customer. I will pick up the car when it is repaired, but I will never go back there.
